In an address to Congress on Wednesday the 16th, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this:
"Yes, just like no one else expected. You could not stop it. Our country experienced the same everyday. Right now at this moment, every night for three weeks now, various Ukrainian
cities, Odesa and Kakutani, have been so many predominantly of Mariupol," Zelenskyy said. He also wanted a no fly zone.
